I just can’t develop a liking for hojicha. I did have a delicious hojicha flavored pudding in NYC. Iced matcha lattes are tasty as well. Straight matcha upsets my stomach!

I drink a straight matcha everyday with breakfast with no problems. Each person’s body is different.
I haven’t tried many things made with houjicha except houjicha latte and ice cream.
